The primary mission of the organization that I work for is to give a good education to the kids, to teach them everything that is posible to prepare them for High School. Some consequences if my organization didn't exist anymore is that there will be a lot of kids that won't have a good education and good knowledge about a lot of good things.
The culture about my internship workplace environment is similar to IHSL's school environment because the kid parents and some of them are from different countries and they speak 2 or more language like the students at IHSL. Since beginning internship a have improve my English a lot because I work in a school and they always speak in English and they have a lot of pictures with descriptions, and they read a lot of books and stories and I listen at it and I improve my listening skill.
The internship schedule has affect me because I have to leave school at 12pm and I have to miss 30 minute of class and I am not getting like all of the information in those classes and I feel like I am behind of the others students.And when I get home I am very tired and I have homework to do and I am not concentrating very well to do the homework because I am very tired. During the five weeks of internship left I want to get all of the hours requires, and I want to improve my communication skill.
Francisco we have similar internship, at school. Keep working hard, eventually you will achieve your goal. You are not behind since you are doing all homework on time. Keep it up!!
